This hotel in very unusual in middle of Rome. Private Walking grounds with garden and pool. Staff, food, hotel, and prices are great for what you get. Great Security. IF anything can be improved I would say that:
1) Need wider bath\shower stall
2) Hotel guests general pool needs to be indoors for winter with sliding glass doors for summer...

We found the hotel welcoming, comfortable and clean. Every single member of staff from cleaners, restaurant workers, technicians and the reception desk was polite, cheerful, friendly, helpful and professional.
In addition the food was good and facilities were excellent.
If we ever have the good fortune to visit Rome again, we will definitely stay at the Crowne Plaza again.

We had a good experience here, except for one thing...no air conditioning...it wasn't turned on yet. Maybe the first week of May was between seasons but with temps in the 70's and 80's (F), it felt like AC weather. I went there in april 2010 with co-workers for a trial meeting.
Crew there are professional, helpful, nice and speak English very well. Food is good but not perfect. Rooms decent but not having the wow effect, well equiped. They actually provide what they promise.It is actually A DECENT BUSINESS CLASS HOTEL.
