Be very aware of booking this Hotel on the internet. They DO,put a hold on your credit card BEFORE your arrival and if you happen to have changed your credit card before you get there they just give your room away to busloads of noisy teenages who they probably make more money out of. You are then left without a... More

Very close to Termini station and overall ok. I felt that we got what we paid for. It is a basic hotel that was very clean and perfectly adequate, it was not in the nicest of areas but we did approach it from the wrong direction! It's a rather bizarre set up, in an old building with several other businesses... More

Great location, clean and basichotel for the price. Hotel staffs with English communication was barely adequate. Hotel service was average. Breakfast was fair, you may get tired with the same food if you stayed there for more than couple days. More

A very convenient location for a very modern hotel. One block from Termini central station, two blocks from Santa Maria Maggiore Church and two stops from the Colosseum. The rooms are very spacious, clean all equipped with an LCD television and mini fridge. The bathroom is modern as well and big. The continental buffet breakfast is very generous and the... More

My mother and I recently stayed here, based on positive reviews on booking.com. However, we were both extremely disappointed.... so disappointed that for the last couple nights of our stay, we cancelled our room at California and instead stayed at the much better Hotel Sweet Home (which is in the same building, on the 2nd floor). For the price that... More

We stayed here on a long weekend visit to Rome, my 2nd time. Although we were slightly put off by the huge scaffolding outside which we never knew about, once we were inside everything was fab. Staff were lovely, rooms were cleaned daily and of a good size. The breakfast was amazing and plenty to choose from and we could... More

I have stayed here about 6 times. The hotel is located a block from the main train and bus station, Termini. Because of this it's the easiest location in Rome to find, and get in an out of. Some people might think the area is a little seedy but it's well-patrolled, has been cleaned up considerably, and I have never... More

Room is okay, small but clean and comfortable. Staffs, however, are terrible especially front staff on Sunday afternoon. He doesn't understand English and very rude. If you don't want to have a nightmare in rome, don't stay here! More

we stayed in this hotel during 1st week of Nov. Good staff. But century old elevator and below one star rated break fast and the ambiance is worth only for one star, though they say it is rated 3*. Location was very good. More

This hotel is a stone's throw from Roma Termini - perfect location. Reasonably good restaurants around. Close to the main Roman tourist attractions and shopping areas. Fantastic staff - very helpful who spoke Spanish and English in addition to Italian and even let us leave our bags at the lobby for a couple of hours after check-out! Comfortable, clean room... More
