- Zara Hotel Rome

Only two good things is location and price. Hotel in general lacks a long overdue maintenance. Shower accessories broken, holes from previous fiitings still showing, broken floor tiles, dirty plastic shower curtains and hanging off bathroom lights are just one of the few things that really put me off. To add insult to injury, no air con. Well not until...

on arrival the front door window was crackede which gave a poor first impression.
we had requested a double room with bath (booking a month previous) however this was not allocated to us as they had 'forgotten' our request. they did offer to change our room the next day but as we were leaving on the following day we declined.as...

I stayed here in March last year - yes my review is a little delayed. Sorry.
The hotel was in a fabulous location and while it is very basic, it was everything we needed. It is only a 2 1/2 star so don't go expected luxury. The room was clean and warm and breakfast was adequate. There were cereals, juices,...

- The hotel was closed from 2 A.M. until 5 A.M. During this time you cannot get in, which is very limiting if you plan to go out and see Rome at night.
- The keys...

In that room there was couple of other problems. It seemed that the finishing of the deco was partly left undone. For example some panels in the walls were not attached and they kept...

The saving grace of this hotel was it's location, just a short walk to the underground and you are within reach of all Romes attractions.
The rooms were ok and clean and all that you needed and the sleep was good, however service from the staff was OK and this was the one hotel where I really didn't enjoy the...
