We stayed at this hotel for four nights and had booked it through Easyjet in conjunction with booking our flights to Rome. We have used Easyjet linked hotels in the past and been satisfied - not expecting too much for the price (i.e. you get what you pay for). However, this hotel was a great disappointment. Yes, our room was... More

Awful the worst hotel EVER !!! First impressions count ! upon arrival ! Hole in the door, mattress was like a trampoline, curtains nailed into the wall but did not close in the middle, room was dirty, hair on the floor, hair on bed, a bogey inside the bed sheet (a souvenir from the last guest). We were upgraded to... More

I stayed there with some friends and we were pretty impressed with the quality of that place because we've read some bad reviews before we booked the stay, and ended up thinking that it was a good choice to stay there. I think the only bad thing was that the staff was not very polite: they even had the nerve... More

The hotel is a bit tired, but the staff were friendly, water was hot, very quiet room and clean. Its not a modern hotel, but for the price in the middle of a major city I'd say it was worth it. More

Central location, but shabby rooms. 'Breakfast' is coffee, rolls & jam. Fine if you want to be near the station, go sightseeing, and crash out when you return, but the discerning would do better to spend a little more and stay in one of the better hotels just round the corner in Via Carvour. Overall loved the short trip to... More

Other than a couple of exceptional cleaning staff, the whole experience was underwhelming. Breakfast is a complete waste of time and the rooms at best could be described as functional. Bathroom was slightly better than the quality of the hotel room itself. The hotel was excessively warm and airconditioning in our room barely functioned. Yes, it turned on and made... More

Upon arrival you will think you are in a clean nicely preserved vintage hotel judging by the lobby. My first red flag should have been the bellman who pushed his way into the tiny 3 x 5 ft. elevator with me and just about knocked me out with the alcohol fumes coming from him. The room I was shown looked... More

Definitely not the place to book if you're looking for a decent hotel experience. The lift was absolutely tiny and didn't fit all our luggage, so my brother had to carry half of it up four flights of stairs. Staff at front desk seemed disinterested, and were not very helpful. The shower spurted water all over the place and was... More

The front entrance was nice but as we got to our room we were quite hesitant. The elevator barely fit us along with our suitcases.!!! Porter appeared slightly intoxicated...the people in the next room as we were leaving to check out said they had bed bugs...we were grossed out as we thought maybe they were in our room also.....as we...
