This was our first time in Rome. We chose hotel Trevi because of the amazing location. They were very helpful the previous week in actually making a dinner reservation for us, set for the evening of our stay, at a local restaurant. The concierge emailed me back promptly concerning the reservation, and also answered my question about transportation. That being... More

Arrived on the 12th may and stayed for 2 nights. Excellent location and very helpful and friendly staff. I had a double room which was small but contained everything and was very clean, the breakfasts were also of a high standard. In conclusion a small inexpensive boutique hotel in a great location,I would definitely use this hotel the next time I'm... More

Having read several reviews about this particular hotel we were unsure of what we might find. as this trip was to celebrate my wife's 60th birthday I emailed ahead and requested an upgraded room. On arrival the registration process was really straight forward and the reception staff were most pleasant and helpful. Our room 612 was situated in the refurbished... More

Checked in for a long weekend and the location was great - really couldnt fault it. 30 seconds from Trevi Fountain, etc. 1st room was horrendous with the window facing a 1x1 meter air conditioning chamber and tatty. Didnt think this was the end of the world as not planning on spending too much time there. Came back 6 hours... More

I stayed here at the beginning of November 2012. The hotel was clean and safe.. the breakfast room was good to look out over the city and the actual breakfast was ok enough. I would recommend this hotel to anybody who is looking for a good base with the perfect location! The Trevi is literally stumbling distance and there are... More

Arrived on the 12th of April. We are on the 5th floor and the elevator is non operational. There are 114 steps from the ground to the 5th floor. compensation offered - you can use the jacuzzi. They are renovating and there is dirt and dust everywhere. Normally I would not bother about this, but 114 steps is way too... More

Arrived Maundy Thursday and were allocated a tiny twin room next to the reception area with the bedroom window barred up and closed ( presumably because it opened at ground level into the noisy street). The two beds filled the room with little room to get into the bathroom. Very stuff and hot at night with no way of getting... More

Found it quite difficult to enjoy the Trevi, the staff appeared friendly until you asked for something and then they could not help or understand. We were told by reception staff we could have a jug of hot water any time (there are no tea making facilities in rooms) yet when I asked we were told 10 minutes, returned to... More
