This hotel is a stone throw fromTrevi fountain and good walking distance to all attractions. The reception is located on one street yet our room located on a different street. Our room was on the 4th floor and we had to climb approx 50 stairs to our room. This was no problem for us as we are okay to climb... More

Our room was in a separate building about 1 block from the main hotel. We booked a room for a couple + 1 adult and were pleasantly surprised to have a nice sized room with a double bed and fold out sofa. The bathroom was spotless and modern with a nice large shower and great water pressure. The hotel breakfast... More

We stayed at this hotel, booked through Expedia and booked based on photos of the hotel and other guest reviews. When we checked in, we were told that we were being put in a room in "one of their other buildings" (which was never stated or mentioned by anyone before) that was two blocks (granted short blocks) from the "main... It's expensive, but the service is great, especially Franco, the front desk manager. We had our room outside of the hotel as we booked a quad room. The room is not too large but enough for 3 beds and one pull-out sofa bed. Breakfast is good. Being outside of the main hotel has it's disadvantages. It can be noisy, but... More

Booked and paid four months in advance it was a disappointment to be told on arrival that "there were no room available" until next day. We spent 24 hours at Hotel Cairoli before getting our room at Hotel Trevi. The rest of the stay was ok, but we feel that Trevi doesn't regard a prepaid booking as a binding deal,... More

When the room costs EUR 250+ a night and during two of three mornings you have cold water only, the room smells from the sinks because it has obviously not been used for a few days, at the very congested breakfast room you get plastic cups for concentrated, sweet orange juice, there is only one TV channel, there is no... We had the choice of room on the level beside the elevator. Declined as there was no'window' Told to go and get something to eat until the bell hop came back. Arrived back and he eventually turned up and told us that our luggage was on ther 5th floor, no lift. After getting to the ' hotel annexe' and reaching... More
