Enjoyed 6 nights at the Bailey's, and would agree that the staff were ALL very helpful, knowledgeable, ( could have got jobs at the tourist information kiosks!) and always had a smile and a little banter. AND all of them spoke excellent english. We had a room overlooking the front of the hotel which was very clean and had a... More

I stayed at the Bailey's Hotel and had a wonderful time. The Hotel itself is clean and charming and the staff could not have been more accommodating. I arrive separately from my group and they keep us abrest of what each other was doing. The rooms were large and the bathrooms were well equiped. My girlfriend had her wallet stolen... More

Stayed at the Bailey's for three nights with partner and 11 year old daughter. Staff were fantastic and very helpful. Advantage was a small hotel which was well appointed. Very neat and rooms were not huge but very comfy with great air conditioning to escape the heat. Location was a 15 mins walk from main tourist attractions, but this was... More

This hotel is in a good location, on a quiet street, near some good restaurants, a great wine bar and close (next street) to public transport (buses) which take you to all the main sights. The hotel is welcoming and the service is very good, the front staff are helpful. However, I absolutely agree with another reviewer about a room... More

Stayed 4 nights. Concierge staff were very welcoming, knowledgeable and helpful. Room didn't have a view but it was well equipped, clean and of a very decent size. Location near the metro and within walking distance of the main sights if you're fit. More

We have 3 nights hotel. Location The hotel is quiet and picturesque neighborhood, Near the hotel there are at least 6 restaurants and a special ice cream parlor and excellent. Nearest metro station is the Republic Square and can be reached at five-minute walk. Also Barberini Square is a 10 min walk. Double room is spacious and comfortable and there... More

The hotel staff are very friendly and the atmosphere is very clean and neat and they are able to converse in English. The buffest breakfast is good with a steaming hot coffee but the varieties are less. The only exception is that the room size is very small and can accomodate only maximum number of 2 persons. More

We were a family of three staying in Rome for 7 nights. Rooms were great - Service was great especially Gerald who was most helpful . All the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast room was cosy the food limited but something to suit all tastes. The staff helped to book all tours and restaurants and taxis complete with maps... More

The hotel rooms which end with a 3 are the smallest I have ever seen. Having made an agreement with the hotel to not stay in one of these rooms ... they put in one of them. No assistance from the manager or staff, who obviously found it amusing. If you find yourself on the first floor, you will be... More

I stayed one night post cruise in Baileys hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was adequate size with a hugh double bed , full size bathroom with great shower. Breakfast the following morning was good but breakfast room far too small and no windows . One other negative it was a little out of the way with... More
