We stayed with Tour Group and were well received, nice rooms, beds close to shops. But...when rest of group left we were not advised of breakfast time changes and as we walked into restaurant they started packing all the food away. We had to grab what we could. Rude is an understatement. They were also renovating starting early with talking... More

A great place to stay to end a 14 day tour. Comfortable and clean, with access to a really nice upmarket shopping centre next door. Adequate breakfast to send us on our way to the airport, but not as generous in variety in others More

We stayed here for a 2 week trip at the end of April, althought the weather had been very hot for the whole 2 weeks the pool was not opened. The breakfast was very basic and apart from cereal there was not to much there apart from sweet cakes. The room was very clean and fairly modern, the house keeping... More

Booked this hotel because facilities looked good. But... swimming pool was closed, some of the staff were not very helpful or friendly, and it was a lot of hassle getting into the city centre. Room was OK but we asked to be moved after first night because of noisy neighbours (kept us awake from 1am till about 2am). Then on... More

We stayed here for one night at the end of a tour. I am glad I had not booked in for any longer. Unfortunatelly we had a room which was in a block away from the main building so we had to walk in the rain to our room. Our room was just inside the main door of the unit... More

We stayed in Rome for 6 days and picked this hotel as it was cheap and outskirts of Rome. Our room was clean, neat and small. We spent very minimal time in the Hotel. Would leave by 7am and get back very late in the evening. We spent our time exploring this magnificent city. We did have a break day... More

Arrived here at 12pm to be advised that there was no room service or bar facilities (after 15hrs travelling) Also the night porter quite abrupt and did not offer to show us to our room even though we had to leave hotel and walk 2 blocks in the dark. No room service the next day or any hotel facilities as... More

We stayed in Jan 2012 and although the initial impression is that of a motel, the hotel has been refurbished to a good standard. The room was spotless with a nice firm bed, satellite TV with chanels from all over Europe, mini-bar, very useful for my own snacks (does anyone ever pay for overpriced items provided by hotels?!) I came... More

Reasonable location, easy comute to central Rome. Reception and lobby area were uninviting, staff indifferent and the bar was never open during 3 day stay, with no explanation as to why. Breakfast buffet selection limited. This hotel was represented as a 4 star, however in reality it was more a 2 or 2,5 stars, with good rooms! More

Location. This hotel was really on the outskirts of Rome, we had to take a bus which took 5 minutes to the metro (don't forget to add about 20+ mins wait for the bus to turn up) and then we had to get the tube from there. On the was back from the metro station you still had to wait... More
