We spent 3 nights at the Hotel Executive and found it perfectly ok. No it may not be 4 star but the room was fine, the air conditioning worked, the bathroom was clean the bed was comfortable and the breakfast had plenty of choice. The staff were pleasant, friendly and helpful, (but we were polite to the staff from the... More

When we first stayed at this hotel we enjoyed the experience so much that we went back again, but we were disappointed and probably won't go back. The front desk staff were not particularly friendly or helpful during our stay in 2010. The rooms are looking very tatty and the beds need to be replaced. The bathroom wasn't very clean... More

nice hotel, with a lovely breakfast. It is slightly out if the centre of Rome however if your happy to use the local buses (€4 per day for all bus and metro) then this hotel is good. On a quiet side street so NO noise from anything which is unusual in a city. All in all a nice pleasant stay. More

It's not a 4 star hotel, not sure how it got that rating! We stayed here twice with our tour group. Our first room was dark, dingy, air did not work well, noisy fan, dirty carpets, mouldly bathtub, no bath towels (yes once requested they did bring them). The bedsheets were clean but the room was in total disrepair. The... More

Hotel looked pleasant from outside. Checked in and got into the smallest lift I've ever seen. Once we got to the room we were really disappointed. We didn't care about the size but it was in a state of disrepair and not fit for guests. The bed was clean but there were stains on the walls and carpets. The air... More

My partner and I spent a romantic break in Rome last October, well i was romantic, and she wanted a break!. The hotel was situated in the heart of Rome close to all the sights. The lift is recorded in the guinness book of records as the smallest lift ever!, i kid you not 2 people with 2 cases could... More

My partner and I spent one night at this hotel. I can't really comment on price as we bought a combined flight/hotel/airport transfer deal. We arrived at about 9.30 in the morning and we're given our room straight away. The room was fairly small but spotlessly clean. The bathroom was fine, the only thing missing was a shower curtain. Breakfast... More

This hotel describes itself as 4 star it is not. However it is clean and tidy and only a 10 minute walk from the main bus and train termini. The room was clean if a little small with very limited hanging space. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was ok shower could have been bigger found it easier to dry ourselves... More

booked via the BA website. Thought that the lift was a bit cramped on way up to the 3rd floor. As we got out of the 3rd floor there was the unmistakeable smell of raw sewage. The room we were shown to was tired with stains on the carpet and thin blankets on the bed. We decided not to stay,... More

Last week, I was on leisure trip in Rome and had the worst hotel experience of my life with the 2 nights I spent in Hotel Executive in Rome. The room looked old, tired, all the tapestry on the walls scratched in some areas and dirty, needed absolute refreshing and painting. Furniture was old and needed absolute replacement and there...
