The linens were clean. The mattress was firm. The bathroom was clean. The shelves in the closet were dusty. The staff are cross-trained for cleaning staff and front-desk staff- very different skill sets are needed. The room keys hang on a board for anyone to take when front-desk isn't staff or being watched- strange. More
