The location is great 2 Minutes from the Numidio Quadrato Metro stop. Everthing in Rome is just minutes away in the Metro although the metro closes at 9pm due to works until April 2012. The Hotel is spotless with modern rooms and a great continental breakfast available in the morning. The staff were great, really helpful and friendly, always ready... More

As to the staff, they were very helpful. There was a nice, young girl at the reception which had an awesome, sexy italian accent. We just loved when she spoke. We received rooms on the top floor. Each room had a large, over 20sqm terrace which was nice during the evening. Breakfast was ok, average, nice coffee. The breakfast/lounge area... More

Simple, clean, nice breakfast, polite staff, close to metro station just 15 mins from centre. What could I ever ask from a hotel which I meant to use just as a bed and breakfast place to crash at night when coming back?? If you need a place to relax go to a fancy beach hotel with 5 star amenities. This... More

We booked this to stay during the Rome marathon 2011 and expected a back packers hotel for the price (we booked Oct 2010 and got it cheap) but we were amazed when we arrived. Having never been to Rome before we found ourselves in the big metro/bus/train station and a bit lost, I rang the hotel and the lady gave... More

It's a bit shambolic. Doors seem to open in unexpected ways, there is a code number you have to key in to get to your room (which to be fair almost always works), you get a mass of keys but are then informed you won't need them all................... However, the room was fine and bathroom perfectly acceptable. The A/C did... More

CHEATERS, LIARS, and ARROGANT. We stayed in this inexpensive hotel in 2009 for over 20 days and arranged for 2 friends to stay there, too, for 10 days, as this hotel is near a relative’s home. We made arrangements through the Internet. During this visit, after we complained about the dirty room assigned us, they gave our friends and us... More

We stayed in city guest house for three nights, the hotel was very nice, interior decoration was awesome, the breakfast was not the best and restaurant was on the top floor, it should be very nice in the summer time but it felt so cold during December! Neighborhood was not that clean and didnt feel so secure, but Metro station... More

First, the room was dirty when we arrived. We had to leave our bags in the back room and not take a shower before going out into Rome (which is a 10-15 minute Metro ride from the hotel). The staff leaves at 11PM and who knows what time they get back in the morning. If you have an early morning... More
