Its a very standard hotel accommodation, far away from Rome. Too many rooms with not enough lift to accomodate visitors. Very plain breakfast with no fruit at all. broken phone system all over the hotel. So I think 4 stars its too much. More

Prior to arriving, I had read the other reviews and was a bit worried. This was not my choice, the conference was here. Our room is nice enough, no iron or board though. Some drawers to put things away would be helpful and luggage stands. The breakfast this morning was plain and simple but the coffee was good. Unfortunately bar... More

Not a great hotel. Strange smell, basic rooms and medioca Internet access. Bar prices also seem to have gone up when a conference is there. The same beer went up by 50c in one day. Avoid this hotel, there are a lot better in Rome. More

I attened a conference hosted in the Ergife Palace and from a conference point of view the hotel delivered. They are clearly capable of dealing with large groups but thats about it I'm sorry to say. The hotel is located down a side road and a good 10-15 min cab ride from the center of Rome, the website is great... More

I stayed at the Ergife as part of a large conference of about 2'000 guests. This was clearly too much for the staff who were struggling to deliver. In retrospect, I am struggling to write a positive review. The strengths of the hotel are that it is fairly newly renovated, it has a nice futuristic lobby and it is equipped... More

People at the conference were talking about the bad service and very poor food quality. There was no internet accessability except in the lobby. More

I stayed at this hotel for two days in February attending a conference. My experience was better than many of the tripadvisor reviews suggest. Both the room and bed were relatively large, it was clean and potentially a very good room. The wireless internet worked in my room but I was the only person among around 20 others I asked... More

I have stayed here on a number of occasions over several months, sometimes just for a few nights, other times for a week or more. It's a big, impersonal convention hotel. There's a full size outdoor swimming pool open May through September and quite nice bar area nearby. Obviously none of this is available out of season. Bedrooms generally ok... More

Very bad guest relation. As a meeting organizer, I sent an enquiry to the hotel for a conference twice and after one week waiting for a reply I still got no news. They did not even bother aknowledging they received it although I asked for it in me second email. When calling again after one one week, they kept me... More

My friend & I stayed here as part of a coach tour (Cosmos Tourama) in the summer. Average hotel - I wouldn't really have rated it 4 star - 2 or 3 more likely. Room comfortable, in a reasonably quiet location just outside the city centre. Needed to get public transport/taxi into Rome however. We didn't have breakfast on the... More
