We are staying here right now, and they have no heat, but no one told us. Also, the place is clean, but old and outdated. The only thing good is the breakfast. This would be a 2 star by American standards. I wish I could get my money back and go elsewhere. Definitely putting a damper on a wonderful trip.

This hotel was advertised as a four star establishment which it definatley was not ! It was more like a two star. Also this hotel is some way from the centre of Rome - 20 miniutes by bus.
