We stayed here 4 nights with our son & family in November. Excellent location. Wonderful, helpful staff. Will definitely book again, next time in Rome. well priced. only drawback is there are some stairs but we managed just fine. Well priced. Loved the cappucino & croissant at nearby cafe in the morning.

We stayed at Hotel Panda for four nights last May. We found the location to be fantastic and a great home base for exploring Rome. We walked everywhere and took the subway as well. The hotel is small with narrow hallways, and the rooms are clean and basic. We had a double room with ensuite bath and faced into the... More

I booked the Hotel Panda in Rome based on reference from the owners of our hotel in Florence. It was a great location--close to Spanish Steps and Via del Corso--so perfect. Really no character, but simple, basic, clean lodgings--which is what we were looking for. If you want elegant--this isn't your place. But if you want value and convenience, stay... More

Hotel Panda is located in the heart of Rome minutes form the Spanish Steps. If you like to walk you can visit all the major sites without ever using the Metro. Via Croce has very good restaurants and bars so it makes it a nice place to go back to after a long day of site seeing. The only draw... More

I stayed in this Hotel last September. It's very well located and safe, my room was very spacious and clean, and they have a very nice staff. The only thing you have to take into consideration is that you have to carry your luggage up the stairs. Their elevator is useless because it starts from the 1st level (not the... More

I stayed here in October when visiting a friend who was studying abroad. As a single female who was alone most of the day when my friend was in class, I needed a place with a central location that felt safe. I stayed in a single room with a shared bathroom, which I was nervous about, but I found it... More

Hotel Panda was our base for our 3 night stay in Rome, and it was an excellent location for sightseeing. The rooms are basic, but perfectly adequate, and our room faced the inner courtyard, so we had quiet nights despite being very central. The staff are friendly, and they provide internet and travel info (city maps, etc) at reception. It's... More

We got the room right next to reception, which was indeed VERY small and noisy. To be fair, it was advertised as small, but it was also very noisy, as of about 8am every morning. It's true that in Rome you only use a room to sleep so in that sense we didn't mind that the room was small. The... More

Stay here! Stayed late September for 5 nights. Great location! This is really a great value find in such a lovely neighborhood. I recommend buying a takeaway breakfast at corner patisserie or deli and having it on the Spanish Steps. Yes they are that close by! We had a room with shared bathroom. You can’t say either room and bathroom... More

Basic hotel, very clean, large rooms and in the best location in Rome - a short walk from the Spanish Steps. The price is outstanding considering it is in the middle of all the designer shopping. The room we had overlooked Via della Croce and although the noise from the restaurants below was fairly loud it added to the atmosphere... More
