I stayed in this hotel for two weeks in October. It was a work travel. The rooms are very clean, all new, although some details need to be finished (in my room the fake ceiling was not finished and I was able to see in the attic). The personnel of the hotel was available and gave me good advises for... More

Stayed as part of an Archers Direct/Cosmos holiday this has to be the dirtiest hotel we've ever stayed in. The filthy stained reception carpet should have alerted us as to what was to come. Our "clean" room had urine on the toilet, the minibar had hairs in it, and the bedding covered in dubious stains. Our replacement room wasn't much... More

The hotel staff was very unhelpful and especially the manager at the reception. He was uncooperative and did not care about the guests. The only nice and kind person was the luggage handler who had to carry all the suitcases in a tiny lift. We carried our own suitcases to our room as he was struggling with a full coach... More

Rooms 101 and 303 were of acceptable size, not to large, but comfortable. Wifi available - at a steep cost. We asked staff for local resturants, and were directed to the "sister company" resturant. We discovered later, there are bars and shops, along with a supermarket only 2 streets away. Most staff were helpful, but relectant to really assist. Breakfast... More

we stayed here as a part of the cosmos tour for a couple of days during august and sept. the rooms have been recently renovated and they were clean. However, we stayed in room 403 and there were bed bugs to our horror. we woke up in the morning with bites all over our legs and arms. it was very... More

I recently stayed in this hotel as well as its sister hotel about 100yds away and had a great experience. The rooms were recently renovated and, although not huge (obviously, since this is Europe we're talking about), are very comfortable. But what's really great is the location - at first glance it might seem "suburban", but I found that this... More

On our arrival to Buenos Aires we received a cold greeting from a blonde woman at reception. She told us we were staying in their ‘sister hotel’ for the first night of our stay. Why? We were not told, she did not offer an explanation. When we asked she just brushed it off saying it was just for the first... More

Stayed here twice, at the start and finish of a Cosmos tour in August 2010. The first room was good, large and comfortable. The second time we were in Room 806. AVOID THIS ROOM IF AT ALL POSSIBLE! It was very, very small, which you may be able to cope with. But the double bed is uncomfortable even to look... More

As we were with a tour company, we knew we'd have to take what we got, but what we got was not very exciting. Our room was extremely small. Once the 2 suitcases were down, there was hardly any space to walk! The air con was not working and front desk said there was nothing they could do. We had... More
