We spent 4 nights at Agv 2001 and enjoyed it so much. They made us feel like family. Roggero was a wealth of information on transportation, highlights of Rome, restaurants to go to safely, the ins and outs of touring in this area. It was located in walking distance to the Vatican and was reasonably priced in spite of that!... More

My father and his travel mate stayed at AGV 2001 B&B for 10 nights in May 2012. We journeyed to Rome to celebrate my dad's 80th birthday, and a great time was had by all. The B&B was fantastic. I selected it after reading the glowing reviews offered on TripAdvisor. Upon our arrival in Rome, Ruggero Mazzone, the B&B owner... More

A great place to stay. Clean, bright within easy walking distance to most of the tourist sights. Without the help of Ruggero we would have struggled to find our way around Rome. He took the time to explain the best way to see the sights. Where to start and how to get back. He also put us in touch with... More

We spent 5 nights at AGV 2001 in April 2012. It was a completely pleasurable experience. The room and bath were clean, the bed was comfortable and the location was excellent. Close to two metro stations and about 4 blocks to the Vatican Museum. We were able to walk to several neighborhood restaurants and never had a bad meal. The... More

We spent 4 nights in this B&B (2-6 April). It was very easily to reach the place from Cipro metro station (about 7 minutes by foot). The owner - Ruggero Mazzone gave us a very warm welcome. Every evening he drew a plan of sightseeing for us for next day, advised places to eat, and it was very helpful. The... More

An easy short walk to the vatican museum, in a quiet street your host will advise you on some great little local restaurants. Ruggero is a wonderful host and is determind to ensure your stay in rome is a sucess. His enthusiasm to please is delightful and I heartily agree with the other reviews. Thank you Ruggero

As ever Ruggero was most welcoming, we no what to expect, it is so like visiting an old friend. He is full of recommendations for places to visit & is always interested in where... More

Wonderful stay! We (2 couples, budget travelers) spent 3 nights here in mid-October 2011. The website does a good job of describing the B&B and the benefits of its location, but cannot convey the enthusiasm of Ruggero. He will do everything possible to make your stay memorable. Visiting the Vatican was at the top of my list, which made this... More
