I was concerned about staying at the Radisson Blu because quite frankly I am not a big fan of Radisson Blu. Whenever I think about it, the image of a 50 years old man with a boring marriage to a much younger wife full of demands comes to mind. So I was quite happy to learn that Radisson Blue in... More

We chose this hotel for our 6 night's in Rome honeymoon. It was very handy to find, and check in was fine, nothing bad to say but could have been warmer. Lobby was spacious and kind of weird looking. Reception desks v cheap looking. Cool dark hallways, something I've seen before, room looked nice but small. V flimsy fixtures, bedside... More

We've been here for two hours - apparently the door to our room needs to be coaxed open...but has required divine intervention by a long suffering maintenance bloke on the two occasions we needed to get in. One touch service on the phone re restaurants is directed to Marco the long suffering room service bloke who doesn't do bookings -... More

I would like to point out that my husband and i had stayed in a few Radisson hotels before so we were disappointed that this hotel did not live up to that standard as far as we are concerned. Though we understand what renovation means in a hotel, we certainly would have appreciated if we were apprised of that fact... More

On reading some of the recent reviews I am wondering whether my recent stay in Rome was at the same hotel. All of the hotel staff were courteous and helpful, the standard room I occupied, with my husband, was clean and the bed very comfortable. There was a good choice on the breakfast menu and evening meals in the Zest... More

We booked this hotel as a Top Secret special offer on Last minute.com, and once we knew the name of the hotel, I looked up its reviews on Trip Advisor- then regretted my decision immediately. I was expecting a dump with poor service and dirty rooms according to some of the reviews. Well I don't know what hotel they went... More

Rome was our last stop on our tour. The stay at other places was good and we were expecting the same from Radisson Blu, Rome. At the reception, we had to wait for quite some time to check-in as there was only 1 lady and the other staff were no where to be seen. The room was quite disappointing. It... More

While the staff at this Radisson Blu do their commendable best to make up for the failings of the building, it must be said, the design, maintenance and functionality of this place is a complete disaster, especially when you consider the price point. Our room, at €265 a night, was in a farcical condition. I've stayed here twice now over... More

From the run down, tired appearance of the reception area, things do not improve as you enter the hotel. We booked this hotel as a special treat on lastminute.com while backpacking thought Europe. With the promise of a pool, sauna and jacuzzi we were disappointed to find that none of these facilities were functioning. It would have been nice to... More

Under undisclosed renovation. We found the ambience Disorderly and hotel Expensive for the services offered. We had to change room after waiting for it for 11/2 hours...this after an overnight longhaul flight with another 3 hour transfer flight... But just sorry smiles and no results. We speak Italian too just by the way! After 4 trips to the check-in desk... More
