This is a typical European Hotel and located on the second floor of building. We were located on the fourth floor. Very small rooms and a very small elevator only room for one at a time and once piece of luggage. The stairs were a challenge because all of them were spiral. The room was fairly clean (paper this walls)... More

The rooms are tiny and dirty. Quality of breakfast is poor. The hotel is located in an apartment building with a tiny elevator, shich I guess is typical in Europe. After arriving late at night and receiveing a tiny tiny room we found that the drainage in the shower didn't work, a/c was unavailable and the room was filthy. Took... More

This is a very good-value hotel. One of the best features is the location, right beside Trajan's Market and the Fori Imperiali and a shoth walk from the Colesseo and Piazza Venezia while also a short stroll to Santa Maria Maggiore, San GIovanni and Termini. The hotel is very basic and sub-divided around a palazzo. The romms are small and... More

Extremely high traffic noise from Via Cavour. Safety box, WiFi, TV, … did not work. Mold in the frigde. Bad and delayed breakfast; cold coffee, old bread with jam or nut cream, bitter and extremely sweet orange drink. Some people in the staff were trying, but the management seems to have very low ambitions.

This hotel has a great location. It is just minutes to the Colosseum. However, it has the worst beds I have ever slept on. I think it was just a boxspring and no mattress. I could feel the springs through the bed. The rooms were on the smaller side but sufficient for what we needed. Positives: Great location, good price,... More

Booked Adas Hotel because i was running the marathon on the sunday and wanted to stay somewhere near the start of the race. Arrived at hotel friday afternoon and told there was a problem with my room: leaking bath from room above and my room was affected. They arranged for me to stay at Seiler Hotel (same chain but quite... More

Great location but the hotel was awful. I never complain but this was poor. First room had no curtains just a net across which kept us awake all night and the shower didn't work so we couldn't shower. Moved rooms the next day and the room was better but we had a few bug friends with us. A school party... More

Okay standard and good value for money. Very small room, but clean and okay breakfast (though the coffee from the machine could be better). Near the Metro and a nice quarter in the back with cafées and nice restaurants (can recommend a local restaurant with traditional Roman food just beside Cavour metro). Walking distance to all major attractions. Very close... More

The hotel was situated just 5 minutes walk from the old Roman ruins and 15 from the centre where the likes of the trevi and pantheon are located. Our transfer mini-bus driver initially couldnt find it and had never dropped people here before, however we soon made it. Check in is on the 3rd floor and our room on the... More
