One of the worst hotels I've ever been to. People working there can't handle the reservation software (and of course our reservation had not worked even though I had the email confirmation). The rooms are so unclean: the windows are so dirty you can't see through, there was a terrible smell (---like, really) in the whole hotel and, what a... More

Our experience at this hotel was something well below expectation. We understood that this was a budget hotel. Firstly the hairdryer was broken, the hose or pipe was torn, the staff tried to jam it back in there, but that was the only attempt. No alternative or compensation was offered. The door did not lock as it appeared that the... More

Very good hotel, well positioned, clean rooms... Excellent and very helpful staff. The rooms are a bit chilly though the heating could be better.

I stayed in Hotel Luzzatti January 27 to 31 and it is right to indicate many positive reviews and some negative. Note doubt courtesy of the staff at any time of day or night, certainly the ideal location being close to the Manzoni Metro stop and the cost of the rooms. Among the negative judgments surely would put the size... More

It is a perfect place for tourists who come to visit Rome and are not going to stay in the hotel all day long: you have breakfast and then you go downtown for sight-seeing or shopping. A metro station and the railway station are not far. For entering the room you'll get a card, but only one, even if you... More

We stayed at this hotel for two nights. It was close to Termini for which we choose it as we had plan to catch train to Venice. It is about 25 minutes by walk from Termini. The rooms were of medium size but clean. Toilets were clean as well. The staffs were pretty friendly and most of them speak workable... More

This hotel is clean (tile floor, alweays nice) bathroom sparkles, double pane windows shut out noise-towels are a little scratchy but who cares, we spent .0027% of our day with them--if you want flufy towels-stay at the Hilton for $400 euros more. Breakfast was just fine-rolls and jelly, juice, fresh hot coffee, meat and cheese-eat what you can. About half... More

The Hotel Luzzatti is what it is. It's not the Ritz. If you're expecting opulence or splendor you're in the wrong place. But it's clean, safe, relatively cheap and it's convenient to the Metro and to Roma Termini train station. The breakfast isn't much, but the coffee is good and it's fresh, and there's a nice little patio out the... More

The hotel is no thrill 2* hotel. The room was quite spacious and quiet. Bathroom had some mold-issues in the ceiling, but it did not bother us. Room was cleaned daily and towels changed daily. Cleaner did not tough any of our stuff, so I think cleaning was limited to making bed and changing towels. Breakfast was typical south-europian style,... More

It can be found easily, 5 minutes from metro station / 1 minute from bus or tram station. It is safe, rooms are normal, cleaned every day, air-conditioned. We had to fight mosquitos, so be ready to meet them there even in hot summer. When the windows were closed, the room was extremely quiet; we didn't even hear our neighbours.... More
