If this Hotel is a 3 star then I am Cleopatra! Bad service; bad location (middle of nowhere); bad staff (2 of them, should not be in the service industry at all); bad showers ( I had no hot water at all); bad elevator (doesn't work for the guests , it seems) ; bad breakfasf (poor, really).

Stayed in the Kriss Hotel for three nights! The location was horrible, the service (or lack of) was bad, and the walls are paper thin so you can forget about getting a good night sleep. This hotel is not charming, it is a nightmare. Do not stay here.

First off, this hotel can be slightly confusing to find if this is your first time to Rome. It took us about an hour to find on foot. Of course the google map did not do a good job describing location. However, you can take the city metro train on the red line and get off on the Policiana stop.... More
