We found no bath soap and shampoo was provided in the room. Lucky there was a supermarket nearby. Blanket is dirty and room not that clean. Giovanna, the owner, is very nice and helpful. They can do better actually.

There is no better spot to stay in Rome if you plan to take the train to or from Civitvecchia, the local cruise port. We spent some time at Giovanna's a few years ago. The rooms were great. This has become our "place" in Roma. It is in a great area and close to the Termini. I am high maintenance, and this place met my expectations and exceeded them! Another nice thing, when you leave there, you will have a new friend, Giovanna!

Very well located for train travelers (just a few blocks from Termini), and with some nice restaurants in the neighborhood. A good price for a decent budget hotel in Rome.
