So this review is pretty late but I just kept forgetting. We stayed here in April 2010. We originally were only supposed to be in Rome for two days. We ended up being stranded by the Icelandic volcano and were in Rome for eight days. We were able to come back here after we couldn't leave and the owner was... More

We found no bath soap and shampoo was provided in the room. Lucky there was a supermarket nearby. Blanket is dirty and room not that clean. Giovanna, the owner, is very nice and helpful. They can do better actually.

What a delightful host Giovanna is -- we found this place on Trip Advisor and when I read review after review talking about Giovanna and the comfort of the B&B we decided to try it. We needed a place near the station as were in transit from the USA to Florence and didn't want to go directly there. What a... More

There is no better spot to stay in Rome if you plan to take the train to or from Civitvecchia, the local cruise port. The bed and breakfast is two short blocks from the train station allowing you to wheel your luggage on level ground without having to access the metro system which involves up and down countless stairs. The... More

We spent some time at Giovanna's a few years ago. The rooms were great. This has become our "place" in Roma. It is in a great area and close to the Termini. I am high maintenance, and this place met my expectations and exceeded them! Another nice thing, when you leave there, you will have a new friend, Giovanna!

Very well located for train travelers (just a few blocks from Termini), and with some nice restaurants in the neighborhood. A good price for a decent budget hotel in Rome. Small but clean room & bathroom en-suite, with free Internet access in the hall downstairs. Breakfast is varied, but unfortunately not freshly made and therefore nothing to write home about.... More

My partner and I stayed here for 3 days and have never felt more taken care of anywhere else. Our train got into Rome Termini quite late, and we were worried that we would keep Giovanna up..however when we both trudged up the pavement looking for the location, we heard our names calle dout and she had been waiting outside... Giovanna and the whole family were so kind and they could not possibly be more helpful. This is a family run hotel B&B in the heart of Roma and just a 5 minute walk from the main rail station. We received 5 star service in a small hotel. The rooms are more than adequate and our room (22) had the... More
