Quite a disapointment. Not sure where the room pictures on their site come from, there is nothing charming about this hotel! Our room on the thrid floor (no lift, no help with the luggage) was barely clean enough to sleep in and, there was mold in the shower. This place is disgusting, stay somewhere else if you possibly can the expense will be worth it. I stayed here last week over New Years. The hotel is located in Via Bixio in the scummy area Behind Termini station. We arrived at the 'hotel' to be told by the receptionist that she didn't know what 'ensuite' is SO we were... More
