Superb central position close to Spanish Steps, Metro station, and only a short walk to many of Rome's attractions. Staff were helpful, accommodating and very knowledgeable. Remember that this is not a hotel, so facilities are limited.

The staff were impolite and very unhelpful. The room was noisy. Our door was opened during the night while we were alseep and the light turned on. Do not know who it was but yelled and they went out. The breakfast was terrible. I would not recommend this place.

We where stayed at eva's rooms (absolutely not a hotel) during november 2001. Very simple with no breakfast. the send you across the street for a coffe and Croissant. The building is under reconditioning so we where an able to open our window. THE LOCATION IS THE BESt, just between the Fontana di Trevi and Piazza di Spagna.

The staff was very kind and helpful. The fresco on the ceiling above the bed was beautiful and it was very clean. It was just like staying with friends.
