'Eve's rooms' B + B is situated so close to the Spanish steps. We walked to them in 5 mins. Very close to Metro, but we walked to most places. We had a very large bedroom & bathroom. Very clean.

My first impression is how stunningly beautiful Eva is. A great hostess and very accommodating. We arrived early and the room was ready for us to occupy. Rooms clean and comfortable. Highly recommended.

Such a lovely place to stay, staff were very friendly and very helpful (and we had breakfast in bed every morning) Room was great and it's location is perfect, from Evas Rooms you can walk to EVERYTHING!!! Would definately go back again!

The hotel/guest rooms are very big, we had a lot of room for our luggage and for our three year old son to play in the room while we were indoors. The decor is gorgeous. The location is fantastic, down the road was the Pjazza di Spagna and the spanish steps, two supermarkets within walking distance to pick up drinks... More

This was a nice hotel, near to spanish steps , trevi fountain. the building and decor are not modern , but this is part of the charm . the frescoes on the walls are stunning. it was spotlessly clean and comfortable. for this location in many other hotels you would pay double. would go back again

We had wonderful stay at Eva's. Thank goodness for the staff . They helped us with everything . When we needed a cab not only, did they find one for us, they had to help us translate our fare. Staff was good natured and fun. Thanks again, see you on our next trip.
