We returned for the 4th time, in late February 2013 the last visit being in December 2011. We had the warmest of welcomes as always , and what a surprise !. Caput Mundi is a cosy place, with great location. Close to Termini, walking distance to city centre. The worse place we stayed in Italy. Aircon was not working. The receptionist fiddled with the aircon remote control a long while but couldn't rectify the problem.
