It's a great place to stay with your friends or family. a bit far from the city center, but there is a shuttle, which takes you to the city train station and from the station. Service is great! Hope to come back there one day!

When we initially saw the ad for this campground we snickered and said that we would never go to ROME to stay at a trailer park. At the end of our cruise, we had two more days in Rome and essentially no money left. our group of 7 booked 3 bungalows for the 2 nights and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The... More

We enjoyed our stay here, but we stayed here for four nights as an escape from the city, so we didn't want to go into Rome at all, we just wanted to stay around the campsite and relax. We stayed in a cabin. Please note, we booked through external website, and on the website it advised that there was a... More

We loved our stay in this campsite. It was the first time for us that we booked a mobilhome in a campsite. Rome is very busy and it was nice to come "home" in the evening and enjoy a nice meal in their good restaurant with friendly service. It's really very quiet in the evening. One day we visited Rome,... More

Due to a delayed flight my boyfriend and I arrived late in Rome, phoned our travel company who informed the so-called Happy Village that we would arrive between 11 and 12. When our taxi dropped us off in the middle of nowhere (the resort location) we soon became aware that there was no-one to let us in and indeed seemed... More

Just came back from a 4 night stay, our flight landed at 8pm and we were going to get the train to Termini, then the metro to Flaminio (then another metro to Prima Porta) but ended up getting a ShuttleBus> approached by a guy in the airport saying 15 euros each to our hotel> was a bit dubious at first... Recently spent 3 days at this campsite and had a really good stay. We hired one of the mobile homes/bungalows and was very good value for money and exceptionally clean. The campsite has a small pool in a lovely setting and it was great to have a swim and lounge by the pool after a long day walking around the... More

GETTING THERE: From the airport via the metro: about 1.5 - 2 hours and will cost you about 12 euros pp. The metro is very easy to navigate and being from NYC, my boyfriend and I had no problem. If you take a cab/shuttle service, it'll take about 20-30 minutes. If you don't mind taking the metro, take it going... More

My husband and I booked to stay here for 5 nights and only stayed for one! We booked a bungalow which was more like a bunkerbin!! The campsite was really empty and we were above an electric pilon.... The supermarket is really small and it generally didnt have much atmosphere. However on the up side- the staff were really friendly... More
