We ordered a couple standard room and got a room for the disabled, the room was not equipped, room carpet was wet and the only solution we proposed was to put more towels on the wet carpet. The hotel is the basis unpleasant stay at night and far from the centers of entertainment.

Stayed 2 nights. Reasonably quiet location, close to major tourist attractions. Good size bedroom for 2 and everything worked. Staff were pleasant and spoke some English, enough to get by.

Rome has expensive hotels by default. So, we if we disconsider the prices, the hotel was OK and has met my expectations.

I do not know how this can be a 4* hotel. When we got there they had overbooked and they sent us to and paid for the Best Western Ambra Palace (which was lovely). Our room was very basic. No facility to make morning tea or coffee. Room was riddled with horrid little black bugs. When we reported this staff... More

Could not have had a worse experience. The room, a single room, is the size of a closet. I laid down on the floor and my head touched a wall while my feet touched another wall. Ants everywhere. I even woke up with ants on the headboard of my bed. I was convinced, for a long while, that there were... More

Good restaurants around, as well as cafes and a supermarket. This bulding udes to be a convent, so the... More

Good points: Pleasant and efficient reception; well appointed and bright public areas; single room small but very comfortable; free electronic room safe; free Wi-Fi; fridge with small range of drinks and snacks; well appointed and immaculately clean toilet and shower room; excellent breakfast buffet - only scrambled eggs and grilled bacon hot items, but great range of cereals, yoghourts, bread,... Good Hotel , subway at door , staff is friendly , room is small but clean ,breakfast is relativelly good ..I stayed 13 nights ... Get a subway map as there might be confusing to navigate between subway lines . Not much is happening in the neighborhood , there is a fast food right across with reasonable prices , get... More

Had a lovely stay at the Milton. Staff were friendly and the room were cleaned on a daily basis. Can't really find much fault with our stay. Look forward to our next visit.
