We spent at this hotel 5 nights and we had very small, terrible,dark and bad smell room with old furniture. Rome is wonderful city, so all the time we were walking and used the hotel only for sleep. We'll never choose it again! It's better to pay more to have nice room and view)

The hotel is really close to the station Termini, so the location is really good: you find taxis, buses.. And if you want to walk, the city center is 15 minutes far. The room ( a double ) was really little and warm, but clean. The bad was comfortable, also the breakfat was not so bad.

Not a bad hotel, with better cleaners and a refurbishment it could be great. The staff were lovely, the room average, but perfectly acceptable. One thing - they don't do refunds. When you pay in advance they will not return your money.

I arrived at the hotel late, around 1am, so I didn't have much choice. Although the staff were very helpful, the comfort of the room (inc bed), was very poor for a 3 star hotel. I would give 1 star hotel, but no more. Price is quite affordable and the location is very good.

I now know what boot camp must be like.
