The rooms are fairly clean but the shower is unbelievably small. The lobby had some kind of strange smell. We were able to get in OK during the day but no one is available afterhours - Alberta at the Hotel Paba next door (not related) often has to help out straying travelers. Subpar continental breakfast with fake croisants and vending... More

This hotel, is somewhat of a joke. We arrived and rang the bell on the door downstairs but nobody answered (they're on the second floor of an office building.) Fortunately we were able to ring a completely separate hotel in the same building who advised us we should walk down the block and around the corner to a restaurant and... More

No one has reviewed this hotel since 2008..!! That's a bit reluctant for us at first. Here we are..! To begin with a direction, at Colosseo Metro Station, go upstair for Largo Gaetana Agnesi. Out of the station, head outer right and continue walking down the street. You will be at Via Cavour for less than 5 minutes and the... More

I wanted to take my husband to Rome as a birthday surprise but funds were limited. I tried booking via an agency ,having seen some cheap deals on the internet. However, as I don't have a credit card I couldn't book wiothout telephoning to pay by debit card. The lady at the agency insisted that they did not have rooms... More

When we arrived outside this hotel we thought we had made a big mistake, our opinion didnt change much when we got to the reception it all looked pretty bleak. To our delight we were wrong when we opened our room door we were pleasently surprised, it was a nice size, modern and nicely decorated. The bathroom was much the same. The best... More

Pina, the manager was excellent in picking a room for me and my daughter for our first trip to Rome. The room was much larger and nicer than I was expecting. Good bathroom & shower. Hotel is in a great location, next to two metro stops with a laundry, restaurants, and Internet cafe's next door. Shuttle services was top notch.... More

Having read previous reviews on this hotel I was a little apprehensive about booking but could not find anywhere else to stay with such a great location and price. However on arrival I was pleasantly surprised. For a 2 star hotel it was clean and adequate. The en suite was very small but again adequate and the beds were very... More

I stayed in this hotel for one night on September 7, when the hotel I had booked for my stay in Rome - Hotel Paba (right across the hall from the Ferraro's rooms) - informed me a month before my arrival in Rome that there had been a mistake and my room was double-booked for the first night of my... Just as every one else that wrote a review, we were booked to stay in a different hotel and were switched to the Ferraro upon our arrival without explaination. I wasn't happy about the situation at all. When I saw the hotel reception office (that isn't attached to the hotel and filled with smoke from some guy that stares at... More

We (1 adult, 2 kids – 11 and 13 yo) spent 4 nights (110 EUR/night). We were picked up/dropped off the airport (additional 80 EUR). Originally booked Dimora Storica Urbana Roma, we were given room here without explanation, but considering that it is much closer to restaurant and Colloseum & Forum, we didn’t object. The place is clean, confortable, good... More
