We went for a 4 day city trip and selected Osimar because it was'nt too expensive, and not too far from city centre.
It is adequate for that purpose; we were only there to sleep and have breakfast.
We had room 201 at the front of the building. No street noise, once you close the window. But the noise from...

Right back from Rome after five days with my mother, who had decided to spend her 89th birthday there. We stayed at the Osimar, no sense in booking something more spectacular. The good lady insisted on doing the full cultural program and so we did: departing after breakfast and returning long after dinner. The hotel was as expected for a...

The hotel is actually quite small, therefore so are the rooms. Cleanliness is obviously not one of the Italians strong points - room not dusted and hoovered every day, just the bed made and the bathroom tidied up.
Breakfast was a bit of a let down, but then I suppose it is just what you are used to.Every day was...

This 3 star hotel in Rome was pretty good considering the price.
The room was clean, but pretty small, also (as another user mentioned) TV only had Italian programs; but on the other hand you don't go to Rome to spend all your time in the hotel room.

Nice little hotel 10 minutes from Bologna metro station by foot and than only 5 metro stops from Colosseo where all the sightseeing starts. Cleaniness is ok and the walls are fairly thin. I could hear the neighbor snore so bring your ear plugs. Rooms are decent size, big bathroom. For a sightseeing trip where you don't spend much time...

We stayed at the Osimar Hotel for the weekend when visiting Rome to explore the sights. The hotel is located in a residential neighbourhood. It is a ten minute walk from Bologna Metro Station. It is a healthy walk from the sights, approximately 40 minute walk from the Colosseum and over an hour (approx 8 km) walk from Vatican City,...

Stayed for 3 nights in June for a conference. The hotel is in a residential area of Rome. There are neighborhood shops around and a copule of restaurants on Via Famiano Nardini -I had an excellent ice cream in one of the shops there, 4 blocks from the hotel. It is walking distance to the Plaza Bologna Metro station (10...
