We stayed here for 3 nights over a weekend. I chose this hotel for location, cost and based on the very good reviews on tripadvisor. We caught the bus from FCO airport, cost 6 Euros each (usually 4 but the bus was just leaving so we paid the extra). From Termini station it was about a 20 minute walk to... More

We have just returned from a five night stay at Residenza Ki and can't recommend it warmly enough. The Hotel is in a fabulous location perfectly placed for walking to most of the major tourist attractions. We were astonished to be this close to the Trevi fountain for such a reasonable price. Rooms are of a good size, extremely clean... More

Travelled to Rome with my fiancee for the Six Nations match against Italy. We arrived late at night and, as per other reviews, it is a bit of hassle to get the keys if your taxi driver doesnt speak English (!), but it is definitely worth it. The room we had was on the 3rd floor and was very clean... More

Just returned from a wonderful holiday, stayed 6 nights at Rezidenza Ki Rome during which time it snowed, something very rare for Rome. Diogo (receptionist) was extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay, giving us advice and could not do enough for us. Diogo arranged transport from the airport to the hotel going via the sister hotel to collect our... More

The only real problem with this Hotel was finding it as you have to go onto the first floor of the building to find reception, but using a print out of google maps we found the building easily from the central station. The room was big, clean, had a comfortable bed, good shower and room to unpack and keep our... More

We've stayed in this hotel just for a weekend together with my girlfriend. First of all, location is perfect. It's just 2 min walking to Trevi fountain and to Spagna Piazza. Then, staff is very friendly, helpful and really professional. Rooms are nice and clean - ours was located on the third floor and it seems to be new as... More

We had a difficulty in finding it (cause there was no sign and it is in the 1st floor of a building in Via Rasella). Cheap accomodation, clean rooms, relatively quiet, 5' minute walking from Fontana di Trevi! Good hotel for a 3day trip to Rome!!

My husband and I stayed at this hidden gem in November 2010. The hotel is quite difficult to find as doorway with tanoy only (no obvious signs). The room was on the small side but has all you need for a great trip. Lovely and clean too. The greatest part of this hotel is the location, all the major attractions... More

We stayed here on our honeymoon and had the most wonderful stay! The staff are so friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and the bed comfortable. We stayed in two rooms, one on the same floor as the breakfast room which was reasonable size, a small bathroom but comfortable and clean. We then moved to a room on the... More

We spent 6 days at Rersidenza Ki and loved it. It is the perfect location (we walked everywhere -Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Colosseum, Roman Forum, Vatican) and Diogo at the desk is the perfect host - friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good and the delightful Palmira makes fantastic coffee. The rooms are not fancy but they are clean, the... More
