The rooms were small bathroom even smaller but i hear thats common with most hotels but for the price you cant beat it. The complimentary breakfast was amazing! That alone is worth staying here. The location was also amazing, a little loud at night but i didnt care. staff was also friendly and helpful.

Honestly, the location cannot be beat! When you walk out the front door, you are in the Piazza di Spagna. Our receptionist was a very nice, friendly and helpful girl. My wife and I enjoyed a second honeymoon in Rome (20 years after honeymooning in Rome and travelling Italy). The rooms are kinda worn but comfortable and reasonably priced (compared to other hotels in Rome). The feature attraction was the location -- makes walking to nearby sights easy. Views from the room onto the Spanish Steps - small personal space with individualized attention. People were warm, friendly and very helpful with suggestions. Breakfast (roll selection, juices and several coffee varieties) was wonderful. This was a part of the culture and history-- not just some hotel. Rome Free Tour leaves 50 feet away - shopping everywhere!
