Just stayed at this hotel - very comfortable! Great location right in the old town of Urbino. If you like Italy, Urbino is a 'must see' and hotel Italia offers fair prices, nice rooms, very warm service. They are good location even if you travel to Urbino by car - they have a deal with parking!
Breakfast was nice very...

Highly recommended. I had a PERFECT stay at Albergo Italia. The room was quiet - on an alley just next to the Palazzo Ducale (if I had longer arms, I could reach out in touch it!). The hotel is located just beyond the convenient Piazza Repubblica and is accessible to all hot points in Urbino (Raffaelo's house, restaurants, the Palazzo,...

Albergo Italia is clean, modern and I would also point out that it's well located. This might seem a moot point in Urbino, which is really quite a small town, but it is also built on a hillside. If you go up in the escalator (50c per person) in the corner of Borgo Metacale, you will find the hotel 50...

I stayed at this hotel for 10 days. The location is very good, right in the centre of the old town. Rooms are good, enough space and everything is in perfect shape (recently redecorated?).
Breakfast is more than fine measuring by what I'm used to in Italian hotels. There's bread, cheese, ham, yoghurts and several kinds of sweet pastry, muesli,...

Perfect location, just steps away from a great plaza, very kind staff, nice breakfast. Parking is the easiest in the underground parking lot at the bus station (10 euro until 8 a.m., and then 1 euro per hour, although I arrived at 9.20 and did not have to pay the extra charge:-). Wifi is only 1 euro for the whole...

It's worth paying a little extra to be based within the city walls of Urbino, and this modern hotel with magnificent views is just perfect.
I studied in Urbino many years ago and wanted to go back and visit. I rented a car and drove from florence to Urbino while I was in Italy in last month in Novemeber. A must activity. It was a beautiful drive. My daughter and I decided to stay overnight. i looked in the tour guide book and tried one...

Excellent central location near to the Ducal Palace. You can park outside for 30 mins to unload baggage - get a permit from reception. Reception staff were very helpful in recommending restaurants. There was a good choice of breakfast items and a pleasant patio to eat in. Our room had spectacular views over the countryside, the rooftops and the Ducal...

The Albergo Italia was as nice hotel. It was clean and spacious. Steps away from the piazza. Great location!! Urbino is an amazing little town with many unique little shops.
Our room had a king bed, a twin and a cot for our two children. Perfect set up. The shower and parking was probably our only complaints. It was a...
