Have been twice: for business to the Grand Hotel de Ville in Parma. Good hotel and very good service. I would recommend this hotel to friends and collegues. In Parma downtown.... Still it is not, in my opinion, a 5 star hotel. That's all falks!

Excellent hotel situated at 10-15min walking distance from the old centre/shopping area. Very good services, free wi fi; rich breakfast, very good restaurant. I reccomand you to try it.

This hotel is very comfortable, has pleasant rooms and quite nice common areas and restaurant and bar area - however it simply is not a 5 star establishment. I stayed for a week and my room had enough closet space for a couple of days visit. There is valet parking that was very reasonably priced.

The service was nice, everyone was very kind. Good parking service at a very reasonable price. The room was clean and spacious, also very quiet. The bed was big, two beds together, but very comfortable. The bathroom very also big and nice, with a big shower. Very good breakfast, buffet with different kinds of breakfast.

The hotel is actually good, spacious, clean, smart, well equipped, breakfast could be improved with better choice of pastries (small mini ones preferrable), and fresher bread. Choosing this hotel was huge mistake, it's not worth $500. American a night! Modern hotel, perfectly clean. Pretty soulless, tries to look classical, but everthing is brand new and fake, kind of Las Vegas-ish. Fairly friendly and proffessional staff.
