The hotel is not in the best location - just up the road from the station and next to a very smelly Vietnamese restaurant. Once inside, it's nice and friendly. Breakfasts are not good, and rather chaotic with staff rushing around trying to clean tables.

Right by the train station and only a few minutes walk to the centre of Ravenna. Very friendly staff and simple but decent breakfast spread. This was my 3rd time to stay here and will do so again on my next trip to Ravenna.

The hotel is located very close (about 200m) to the train station. Despite that, it is very quiet. It's about a 10 minute walk to the attractions in central Ravenna. There is a coin laundromat around the corner from the hotel. The rooms were clean and quiet. The staff was helpful and pleasant.

This is a business-oriented hotel and it's not cute, but the AC worked very well, the room was clean, everything did what it was supposed to do, and the staff was good. Perfectly reasonable place to stay for a couple nights.

The receptionist continued her telephone conversation as if we had not arrived, which was a bad start. The shower cubicle's edges were dirty, the carpet damaged, the curtain rail broken, the view of the railway uninspiring, the breakfast desultory... Save your money!

Our vacation in Italy began with two nights in Ravenna staying at Hotel Italia -- best hotel on our trip. Hotel Italia is convenient to train station, bus, historical sites, and food. Staff was helpful, even with little facility in English. Clean. Quiet. Good breakfast.
