This is a well located and functional place to stay in Ravenna. Our room (13) was quite small and the bed horribly saggy, though clean enough. Friendly enough place with a varied breakfast. Shared bathrooms not checked regularly.

Routard gave their recommendation in 2001 and 2002 to Al Giaciglio, as posted on their front door. Rick Steves calls it a "last resort." We visited in Dec 2004.
