After some troubles to find a hotel which is situated behind another one we have experienced nice 6 days in Rimini. PRO: - nice and helpful personnel - lots of space - comfy beds - minibar + microwave in the living room - clean pool - free bikes - 100m to the beach - breakfast buffet -large balcony CONTRA: - no electrical outlet near the microwave - harsh lighting in livingroom & bathroom - no english tv channel

This hotel was great, the staff were very very helpful and all could speak English, including the cleaners. Location is good, but hotel is noisy, you can hear noise everywhere from the plates rattling in the dinning room, to the noise from the street and neighbouring guests using the toilet. The hotel is literally 2 minutes walk from the beach, nice area, huge room with balcony, free water/soft drinks in mini bar, really lovely crisp linen sheets, very clean, great breakfast, what more can I add - it worked out around £30 each per night - you can't get a B&B in the UK for that price!!!

Good clean hotel, good breakfast and helpful friendley staff. Close to beach - walk across small road -near to restaurants / bars and 15 minute walk in to Rimini itself. Hotel should be used as a good base to explore the area from.

Booked hotel before checking on trip advisor, Having read other reviews I was expecting the worst.
