We were in Manarola for lunch and chose the Marina Piccola's outdoor restaurant solely for the view. We went to the entrance and stood behind other people who were waiting for a table. There were two staff, a young man and a young woman. There were several empty tables - some cleared and ready to seat, others still to be... More

This hotel is as close to the beach as you can get. We thought Manarola was the most charming of the five Cinque Terre towns. We had a room with a terrific ocean view. Be warned; if you get an ocean view room there is a lot of ealy morning and late night noise. The breakfast was just OK, however... More

This small hotel is right on the water in the heart of the town, which was perfect for us because I wanted a room with a direct water view. They also had a larger room (street view) that I was able to get for our three kids, leaving us alone in the double with the water view. Breakfast was decent,... More

Great hotel with rooms that feel homey. If you are into modern hotel rooms and amenities this place is not for you. Great place to relax and enjoy the sea view from your room. Staff was helpful, friendly and willing to please even though they had a lack of the English language. For the price this hotel has an amazing... More

This hotel is ideal if you want to stay in Manarola-it provides a decent and cosy base but do not expect luxury modern facilities. It has everything you need and is a perfect base for exploring the Cinque Terre but as a hotel itself is a little dated.

The entrance is almost hidden and unassuming. The hotel is right by the water, and there are many, many restaurants on the street as well as little shops were we had a good time. The staff were very helpful. There is a restaurant on site, as well as the breakfast which was good and varied. It was a good location... More

We (four female friends who are celebrating a big ' 0' birthday year) stayed from 11th to 15th October and loved our rooms above the street and waterfront. Very special location with great breakfasts and very helpful staff. We loved our walks along the trails and through the other villages but Manarola was our favourite town, especially after discovering the... More

A friend and I stayed at this hotel a couple of weeks ago. The hotel is quaint and very clean. As with most Eurpean hotels, the rooms are small but our room was roomy enough for the two of us for overnight. Breakfast was included in the price of the room and had a very good selection. The staff were... More

The staff was very helpful, friendly and accommodating to us. We arrived around 8 P.M. and the person at the desk (can't remember his name) helped carry our luggage to the room. We had a nice clean room with ocean view and big window. The breakfast was great and even though we arrived a little late, they brought some of... More

The Hotel Marina Piccola is in a perfect location in the picturebook Cinque Terre town of Manarola. It is on both the main street and the waterfront. We had ocean view rooms, which provided amazing views, but they were a bit loud since they are right above the hotel restaurant. We would not choose ocean view rooms if we ever... More
