My wife and I spent 3 days in Manarola and the II Patio apartment was the highlight of our stay. This apartment is VERY clean and comfortable. Piera and Lucio provided us with excellent service and helped us plan activities for our stay. Very reasonably priced, excellent service, comfortable apartment. What more could you ask for? 5 STARS!!!!

My wife and I spent 3 nights at Il Patio in early May 2012. . From the first email contact, Piera was a pleasure to deal with, replying promptly to our inquiries and providing any information we needed. We had the smaller room at Il Patio which has no kitchen but an alcove with a table and refrigerator. The bathroom... More

The beautifully renovated, comfortable and spacious apartment was a home away from home. Piera and Lucio had certainly paid attention to detail. The apartment was sparkling clean with plenty of toiletries and enough utilities (crockery, cooking utensils etc) to make our stay as comfortable as possible. They were fantastic hosts - warm and generous. Nothing was too much trouble. The... More

We spent 11 nights at Il Patio over Christmas/New Years 2011/2012 and couldn't recommend it highly enough. We were met at the train station by Piera and she was a lovely host during our entire stay. She spoke excellent English and nothing was too much trouble, she even gave us home made wine and a bottle of sparkling for NYE!!... More

We arrived on a wet and rainy night and had a warm welcome from Luciano. He had come to meet us from the train and take us to the apartment. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Piera and Luciano were excellent hosts, and very attentive. Manarola is a wonderful holiday destination, and we would recommend Il Patio highly. Even... More

We really enjoyed our stay here-- Piera is incredibly nice and helped us escape Cinque Terre during a train strike, the rooms are clean and nice-- we had a kitchen and balcony as well in ours-- Manarola is certainly one of the nicest of the 5 to stay in, and we really appreciated how close it was to the train... It’s comfortable and well located close to the main street. Rooms are very clean and bathrooms are pretty and new. Our rooms (No. 2 and No. 3) look to the patio where we had breakfast (it’s not a B&B but coffee, tea, boiler and fridge are provided so we only bought some extra things at a local shop). What was... We stayed in #4 a one room apartment. There is plenty of space. It’s not a B&B so no breakfast. We went to a local shop on the main street and bought cheese, ham and bread. There’s a fridge and stove so you can get more industrious if you wanted. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom clean and modern.... More

Location is the most important thing to consider when in cinque terre. The rooms are bare bones and there is not a lot of privacy but over all This place was great.

good located and the appartment is very clean and cozy. You can cook small meals in the kitchen and chill out in the terrace having the mountain view.
