We stayed 3 nights on a tourist visit. The location is perfect, the breakfast is remarkable (wide choice of good quality food carefully sourced), everything is clean, and the staff is very helpful. The room did not have much of a view but unfortunately this is a very common problem in such a crammed city as Genova.

Everything is OK in this hotel: the rooms, the service, the breakfast, the location and all the employees (!!!). The charge for parking is not cheap, but a valet parking is available and you can can let your car in front of the hotel and go.

I stayed at the Best Western recently and I have to say, it has the best breakfast included in the room rate, with excellent service from the polite young lady on staff.
