The worst thing were the beds and the loud decor inside and outside the rooms. It looked like a hospital and smelled like one too. Although the reception staff was helpful (pretty much the only gud thing) the place does not have much to offer overall. The only time i could recommend this place wud be wen u r sure... More

Stayed in the hotel for 1 night in February, booked via British Airways and paid €40 to upgrade to a "suite" (Room 533) The location of the hotel was fine, sure it's not right in the centre of the city but it is only a short walk to the nearest metro station and from there a couple of stops to... Made the booking through Yeego.com. All our Yeego bookings worked flawlessly. Hotel is moderately priced and afforded every reasonable amenity (except free wifi which we didn't need at this stop). Breakfast was excellent, including "squeeze your own" orange juice. Free parking a plus. We used this as a base for a day trip to Santa Margherita Ligure and Portofino. As... More

I stayed there for 3 nights, and, as total, I was pleased by the services offered by this hotel. The room was fine, clean, there was no noise from the ferrie. It was great in the morning to see the ships and the sea a few meters away from you. Breakfast was delicious. There was also internet down, in the... More

We were suppose to stay here 3 nights before our cruise but we checked out early we only stayed 2 nights because we hated it and 1 night after our cruise because it was closer to the airport then savona. The reception staff was average, our room before our cruise was very small no water pressure and water temperature was... More

This was an inexpensive hotel we booked when we could not reach our destination in Cinque Terre due to the horrific floods. This place was right by the main ferry terminal and the commercial (as in trucks 24/7) port area. It was a LONG walk to the city center---worth it for us though. Had parking, another plus, pay for internet... More

First of all any reviews that say the nopise of the ferries are a problem is a complete nonsense. You should ask for a room that overlools the ferry port for excellent views of the city. The noise is no noise when the room window is shut. We stayed one night on 15 September 2011 and enjoyed our stay especillly... More

It is not entirely in the city but very close like 20 mins by walking or 5 minutes to metro station. I paid 81 euros with breakfast. Breakfast was above my expectations. The room has a good sea view. And free parking was also important. The room was clean and the stuff was very helpful. value for the money.

Note to Americans: Italian hotels are rated higher than American hotels. What I mean is that a 5-star Italian hotel is really a 4-star by American standards, and a 4-star is a 3-star, etc. I saw some other comments that said that this hotel shouldn't have been rated 4-stars and I agree, but by italian standards it is probably a... The hotel doesn't deserve its 4 stars rating. We found the room and the service good but not excellent. Even the breakfast was just enough. Nevertheless it's in a good position especially if you travel by car, there is a free parking place. It's also next to the seaport and the main attractions (Aquarium) and the old city centre is...
