This is a beautiful very old hotel. Translation for Americans: do not expect the rooms to look like what you're accustomed to in America. When you walk into the room it's like stepping back in time. Long story short - we booked in at the Residence l'ulvio on a friends reccomendation. It was nice, but not what i wanted. So spoke to the front desk and managed to get us into one of the suites for our 5 day stay in Bellagio. And i couldnt be happier. The suite itself is huge. Service has been great.... More

Although rooms needed updating, the service was outstanding. Amazing views, fabulous dinners, and friendly staff made this expensive hotel worth it. Truly a very special destination in Italy.
