The location could be the best you can find in Como, near the Duomo and a 5 minute walk to the lake. The host was really friendly helpful and you should try is restaurant with great food, wine at affordable price. Everything was perfect.The breakfast was really good too.

Basically my experience looks like the latest comment. Although my friends spoke several times to the owner before booking, nobody was aware that rooms hadn't private bathrooms. Nowhere I saw any notice or warning that the breakfast was outside: just a coffee and a croissant in a common bar nearby! No wardrobe, just one towel for person and the last... More

My partner and I stayed for two nights in June and found the B&B to be very clean and tidy with large size rooms. There are two bathrooms which are shared between the 5 or so rooms, which was ok until fellow travellers decided to leave their dirty towels on the floor and to wash their socks in the bathroom... The B&B itself is lovely - spacious rooms and very clean. Raffaele, the host, is very nice too. Unfortunately, we shared this place with impossible people. The doors to the rooms make some noises when you open them, which is regrettable, but depending who opens them, there is a huge difference. Our fellow guests, however, did not bother at all... More
