This was the start of a wonderful stay in Italy and France. Service was absolutely delightful. Lara was very helpful- even rang us back in Australia to confirm arrival details. View from room 202 was just breathtaking. Although a little on the small side, it had 3 balconies, all overlooking the lake. A beautiful place.
