the rooms are big, clean, beautifully decorated, overlooking some beautiful country scenery. The bathroom is very spacious and clean, the shower particularly big. the hall decoration is also very nice and stylish. the breakfast is quite varied although there are no vegetables... the proprietor, anna, was very sweet and helpful. the location is quite central to mantua, verona, lake garda

The rooms were spacious, warm and elegant. The shower was large and worked very well. The hostess was very kind and accommodating and the breakfast is a perfect start to the day. Well worth a visit, we'll be going back.

When we do a short city break, we like to arrive and forget the car. La Villa is 2.5Km (5 to 15 mins depending on traffic) to historic Modena where parking is not simple.
