We found the staff to be extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was exceptional, with a great choice and a great latte to start the day. Our room was so tastefully decorated and very clean. Location is close to metro and nearby restaurants. On return to Milan, we would definitely stay here again.

Clean, modern and is about 10 minutes walking from the Duomo (if you don't want to walk, you can use the Metro, which is pretty close). The breakfast was OK and the stuff was very friendly. Most probably that in my next visit to Milan, I'll check the availability and rates in this hotel.

We stayed for 2 nights and regret that we couldn't stay longer.
