standard room so bad no worth for it to explain, then a upgrade but we had to pay extra !!!
Wall paper peeling off the walls, stains in carpet and curtains, the curtains had not been washed since they were first hung up. 145 euros per night!! I stay at NH hotels in Spain regularly and I am a nh world card holder. I have never come accross anything like this in the Spanish hotels of the chain. Extremely disappointing....

Main advantages: proximity to underground line 3 and tram lines 1 and 9
30 - 40 mins walk to the main shopping area.
Main disadvantage: The breakfast is 3 star tourist quality, topped off with "jus de chaussettes". Peeling wallpaper. I agree with the review by imitation-of-mink. The internet service simply does not work at this hotel.

If you're passing by Milan or coming for business then this hotel definitely does the job. There are no bad points about this hotel and nothing out of the ordinary either. the good thing is that its clean and in a good location. Staff are helpful, rooms are on the smaller side. I recommend it if you are hardly going...

Second stay here on business, nothing really wow about this hotel, standard rooms are small but clean, service was ok when you made the first approach, overall ok for one night, judt dont exoect too much. I will probably try the NH president next time for the more central location for where I need to be.

So good to start the day and the dinning room is cute too. Don't come too late, otherwise you will need to wait. But!,...

Due to my broken foot we were forced to reschedule our trip to Italy. The 6 other hotels we used all allowed us to shift dates even though we had "uncancellable" reservations. The NH Hotel Touring Milan was the ONLY exception. Needless to say we will not be using them or any of their other properties again.
Our stay at this hotel was over 2 nights April 20-22nd 2012
This is a 4* hotel trying its best to give its guests a 2* experience.
Cleaning staff should know that if they disturb guests in their room before 9.00am on a Sunday morning this is not a good idea. The breakfast service is poor to awful. No fresh...
