Stayed here after booking a top secret hotel deal. Checked in earlier than stated on the welcome email this wasn't a problem at all. Receptionist was very efficient. We stayed at and held a conference at this hotel. Staff were excellent. Facilities were very good. Rooms are starting to get a little tired, but only in the detail. I wouldnt take my annual leave here, but as a business traveller i was impressed.

Maybe a ok business hotel for conferences etc, but it is not the place you take your family for a holiday. You do not feel welcome when you enter the reception area.
