This is not a terrible hotel, but the way we were treated upon check-out when disagreeing on some extra fees is never acceptable. Everything. we stayed from 28-30 december..the location is great just a few minutes to the famous shopping area by tram..the room is quite big for 3 of us and the breakfast is also 'okay'..but unfortunately we have to pay for the internet connection...and the charges is quite expensive..
