It's close to the Central Station but far from the city center (30 min walking). Service was good. The room had noise-reducing windows but the walls seemed to be paper-thin. We could hear people talking in the adjacent rooms.

we stayed for 3 nights; staff were pleasant and courteous. Central Milan easily walkable in 20 minutes, likewise Central Station. Would have no qualms about staying here again on future trips to Milan
We stayed for four nights at Sempione and were very pleased. Nice clean room at the roof top with a tiny balcony. The only bad thing was a smell sometimes coming from outside when we opened the window. Could be chlorine from the piscina? Good enough breakfast to be in Italy.
This hotel was located well with good metro/bus/tram connections. Or you could even walk around if you wanted. Hotel building was beautiful and lobby was cosy. Rooms were small but it was all in all more than ok. We were four people and unfortunately we had for the first night one 2-p room and two single rooms and then change...

The friendliness of the stuff was characteristic. The guy in the reception understood that we were from Greece and tried to say all the words he knew in our language! We loved the modern and elegant decoration of the room that was a little bit small and also the breakfast area was awesome. I think that we will be back...

Location is OK, near the metro and Central Station. That is the only good thing.
Staff is not friendly and too tired. Do not ask second cup of coffee or tea, as you need to pay extra for that. The walls of the room are tinny, so you can hear everything what is happening in the room s of your...

We booked a double room for one night at a well known hotel booking website. For our surprise, the guy at the reception desk was not kind at all. Not even the usual "buongiorno" of the always kind italian people.
He gave us the key as if it was not his business, and our surprise increased when whe saw only...

My boyfriend and I stayed in this hotel 2 weeks ago. I was 10-15 minute walk away from the centre of milan and the train station was at the top of the road quite near for anyone requiring it. I have to agree with Volendam review guy on the desk with dark black wasnt overly helpful or interested really, when...

One male receptionist is extremely unfriendly and certainly does not make one feels welcome. Everything seems to be a bother. However, one male receptionist (with some grey hair) who was on earlies was jolly and friendly. Although room 209 is modern the bathroom is a bit tight. A/C appears not to work during certain times. Hotel certainly does not believe...
