One of the guys of the staff, who was there in the morning, was impatient, wasn t accurate, for example he told me that a taxi to Malpensa was 100 Euros the I said to him I read it was 90 E, he assured me I was wrong, in the afternoon I asked for a taxi for the lady in... More

The hotel offers very reasonable prices considering the central location it has. The hotel staff was very kind. I needed gluten free food for breakfast and they brought a lot of options just for me.

The hotel is quiet, clean, well located (10 minutes walk from Duomo), has a small outdoor parking. It fully justifies it's 3 stars. Rooms are small but well planned. Staff are friendly and helpful. If you travel by car use GPS, otherwise you will have to fight through one way streets especially in the city center. Try eating at Pane... More

We travelled with a group of 6 and experienced single, double and triple share rooms. Whilst single and double rooms were small in size compared to what we are used to we found our stay to be comfortable. Staff were friendly and offered assistance when required. Location was ideal for our requirements during our stay in Milan.

Good location, close to the Duomo and shopping area. Great service, the staff was helpful and very professional. Excellent view from the room, can see the main street and the Duomo from my room. Spacious and clean room, although near the main street, the soundproofing of the room was good, thus not too noisy.

I stayed at the Hotel Ariston with my husband for a quick weekend trip to Milan. we were pleasantly suprised by the location, the decor of the rooms and the generous breakfast buffet. the staff was extremely helpful in giving us advice on where to eat, which attractions we should see and how to get around on public transportation. Excellent... More

I stayed at the Hotel Ariston for four nights. I was underwhelmed by it and when I had the chance to stay there again, I went elsewhere with no regrets. Room: 4 Nights in a Single Room. Positive: 1) Very close to the Duomo and many restaurants. 2) Close to the Cadorna train station if you are coming on the... More

We had a one night stay in Milan planned so we could visit da Vinci's Last Supper before returning on an early morning flight back to the states. With so few hours to spend, we sought out a place convenient to the Duomo, Galleria and La Cenacola (what the locals call the Last Supper). The Ariston fit the bill. This... More

My wife and I stayed here for two nights in July. It was very handy to historical sights, but the service was very average. When we arrived after a 27 hour flight we found the hot water wasn't working. Why we were not informed when we checked in is beyond me. After inquiring why, we were told it would be... More
